At Vikings of Valhalla, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your armor doesn't fit or meet your standards, you have 30 days to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Claim

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back to the longhouse.

  Prepare the Cargo

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free from wear or damage.

• 3.
  Ship with Honor

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Bounty

  Once our master craftsmen inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
